About This Program

From 30 months (2½ years) through to school age, children begin to emerge as learners with opinions, questions, and ideas. They're ready to explore the world with purpose. Our preschool program at 9270 163A St meets them exactly where they are.

We use a play-based approach guided by BC's Early Learning Framework. Every activity — whether it's building with blocks, painting, gardening, or dramatic play — is purposefully designed to support school readiness. By the time children leave us for kindergarten, they know how to sit with a group, follow routines, use scissors, write their name, count with understanding, and most importantly: they love learning.

For the longer story on what BC's Early Learning Framework looks like in practice and how we build kindergarten readiness day by day, read our essay Preschool to kindergarten: how we build K-readiness →
